The administration of Mesrobian School is pleased to announce that a new communication tool powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), “Mesro,” will soon be made available to parents and the general public.

“Mesro” will operate through WhatsApp as an automated assistant (Bot), providing an additional and modern channel of communication between the school, parents, and the wider public. Its purpose is to facilitate access to school-related information and ensure faster and more direct communication.

Parents will be able to contact “Mesro” directly through their WhatsApp numbers and submit inquiries, particularly regarding general, non-personal, and day-to-day school matters, receiving immediate answers and clarifications. The confidentiality of all data exchanged through the tool is guaranteed.

“Mesro” will also serve as a communication channel with the wider public. In Armenian or other languages, it will be able to respond to users’ inquiries concerning the school’s history and current activities.
