As part of the preparations for the new academic year, an important meeting was held between the administration and supervisory team of Mesrobian High School, focusing on matters related to discipline within the educational institution.
Chaired by the Principal, Mr Gregoire Kaloust, the meeting brought together the heads and supervisors of all the school’s departments, from the Kindergarten to Mesrobian Higher Technical College. It was held within the framework of the newly established “Mesrobian Cares” programme, which will be implemented in collaboration with Waznat, a consulting and research company. On this occasion, Mrs Christelle Saber, the company’s representative and a recognised specialist in the field, attended the meeting.
During the session, the participants thoroughly discussed matters related to general discipline and the management of school life, and consulted on the measures to be implemented. A year-long action plan was developed, whose implementation will be monitored and evaluated monthly. The programme will also include direct supervision, observation, and support from Waznat’s specialists.
This preparatory meeting represented one of the most important steps towards ensuring a successful start to the new academic year and providing Mesrobian students with the best possible environment for discipline and school life.
