Today, students of Mesrobian High School had a unique opportunity to gain a deeper appreciation of nature and the importance of hiking through a visit from representatives of Wild Side Lebanon.

The organization’s representative and professional mountaineer, Mr. Jirair Mikaelian, presented the various programs offered by Wild Side, all aimed at fostering a love for Lebanon’s natural environment among young people.

During his presentation, Mr. Mikaelian highlighted the physical and mental health benefits of hiking and spending time in nature, whether individually or with family. He encouraged students to view nature as an ideal setting for self-discovery, stress relief, and strengthening family bonds.

School Principal Mr. Grégoire Kaloust expressed his appreciation and gratitude to Mr. Mikaelian and his team for their visit. He noted that the messages shared were both valuable and educational for the students, helping them reconnect with the environment around them.

This inspiring meeting undoubtedly opened new horizons for Mesrobian students, encouraging them to embrace a healthier lifestyle and develop a closer relationship with nature.
