The educational family of the Armenian Catholic Mesrobian High School learned with deep sorrow of the passing away of Rev. Father Yeghia Kirejian, one of the elder members of the Bzommar Patriarchal Congregation, which occurred in Toronto, Canada, in the church parsonage, on January 26, 2026, after a long illness.

Father Kirejian received his primary education at our school in the 1940s. He has had a priestly merit of more than 60 years which was rich in many achievements. We raise our prayers to God for his soul’s rest, as well as to the Holy Spirit for the consolation of the Congregation brothers, his relatives and the believers.
