During this week, the BT1 and BT2 students in the Production department of Hospitality Management at Mesrobian Technical College prepared and baked gingerbread cookies and Christmas Logs (Bûches de Noël) under the supervision of Mr. Richard Khoury, their Hospitality teacher. These Christmas pastries will be sold at the Christmas bake sale of the school.
We are proud of our Hospitality students and we wish them a joyful Christmas and prosperous New Year.
