On December 17, 2025, Mesrobian High School’s 9th grade students visited the Armenian Elderly Home to celebrate Christmas with the senior men and women.
The visit began with an opening speech by Sergio Jernezian. Then, Joe Harutiunian and Christ Mardirossian played music in order to entertain the seniors, creating a joyful atmosphere where everyone sang and danced with the students. This was followed by a performance of an Armenian folk dance by Mesrobian’s students. At the end, the seniors were served desserts.
The students also visited those who were unable to get out of bed due to illness and shared time and joy with them as well. They deeply moved by this visit, understanding its main purpose which was to help them experience the meaning of giving, offering and sharing, especially towards vulnerable people such as the elderly.
