On December 16, 2025, Mesrobian High School’s 5th grade students explored the diversity of traditional Armenian Christmas celebrations, highlighting the unique Armenian customs, traditions and values associated with this great holiday.
The students were introduced to traditional Christmas dishes, meaningful decorations and fun games. The presentation was performed online by Mrs. Zepur Ghebligian, AGBU Online University Coordinator from Armenia. The students also listened to a presentation by the famous Armenian artist and cultural figure, Lussig Akuletsi, who has dedicated her entire life to the preservation and propagation of Armenian heritage.
At the end, the students read their Christmas greetings which were prepared under the supervision of their Armenian language teacher, Mrs. Shoghig Gharibian.
On this occasion, the students were offered walnuts and dried fruits.
