On October 24, 2025, Mesrobian High School had the honor of hosting a delegation from the University of Nicosia who arrived specifically to introduce our 11th and 12th graders to the opportunities for higher education in Cyprus.
The Director of the University’s International Student Admissions Office, Dr. Ria Morphitou, and Ms. Maria Anna from the Admissions Office, held an orientation session with our students, speaking in detail about the University of Nicosia which is considered one of the leading higher education institutions in Cyprus.
The University serves over 12,000 students from various countries around the world and offers over 100 majors across a wide range of disciplines.
In his welcome speech, Mesrobian’s Principal, Mr. Gregoire Kaloust, emphasized the significance of this visit, addressing the students: “Today’s meeting is an opportunity to broaden your horizons, explore new academic paths and imagine the possibilities that await you after graduation.” He expressed special gratitude to Mr. Samir Constantine, Director of Waznat Consulting, whose continuous support to Mesrobian made this valuable meeting possible.
On this occasion, the representatives of the University of Nicosia toured Mesrobian, became acquainted with the various departments and highly appreciated the school’s organization and vigilance in the field of student education.
Le 24 octobre 2025, le Collège Mesrobian a eu l'honneur d'accueillir une délégation de l'Université de Nicosie, venue spécialement présenter à nos élèves de première et de terminale les possibilités d'études supérieures à Chypre.
La directrice du service des admissions des étudiants internationaux de l'université, Dr Ria Morphitou, et Mme Maria Anna, du service des admissions, ont animé une séance d'orientation avec nos étudiants et présenté en détail l'Université de Nicosie, considérée comme l'un des principaux établissements d'enseignement supérieur de Chypre.
L'université accueille plus de 12 000 étudiants venus de divers pays et propose plus de 100 spécialisations dans un large éventail de disciplines.
Dans son discours de bienvenue, le Directeur de Mesrobian, M. Grégoire Kaloust, a souligné l'importance de cette visite et s'est adressé aux étudiants : « La réunion d'aujourd'hui est une occasion d'élargir vos horizons, d'explorer de nouvelles voies académiques et d'imaginer les possibilités qui vous attendent après l'obtention de votre diplôme. » Il a exprimé une reconnaissance particulière à M. Samir Constantine, directeur de Waznat Consulting, dont le soutien constant à Mesrobian a rendu possible cette précieuse rencontre.
À cette occasion, les représentantes de l'Université de Nicosie ont visité Mesrobian, se sont familiarisées avec les différents départements et ont hautement apprécié l'organisation et la vigilance de l'établissement en matière de l’éducation des étudiants.
Մեսրոպեան բարձրագոյն վարժարանը 24 Հոկտեմբեր 2025-ին պատիւն ունեցաւ ընդունելու Նիկոսիոյ համալսարանէն պատուիրակութիւն մը, որ ժամանեց յատկապէս մեր 11-րդ եւ 12-րդ դասարաններու աշակերտներուն ներկայացնելու համար Կիպրոսի մէջ բարձրագոյն կրթութեան առիթները։
Համալսարանի միջազգային ուսանողական ընդունելութեան գրասենեակի տնօրէն տիկին Ռիա Մորֆիթու եւ Ընդունելութեանց գրասենեակէն տիկին Մարիա Աննա իրազեկման հանդիպում մը ունեցան մեր աշակերտներուն հետ՝ մանրամասնօրէն խօսելով Նիկոսիոյ համալսարանին մասին, որ կը համարուի Կիպրոսի առաջատար բարձրագոյն կրթական հաստատութիւններէն մէկը:
Համալսարանը կը ծառայէ աշխարհի զանազան երկիրներէ 12,000-էն աւելի ուսանողներու եւ կ'առաջարկէ 100-էն աւելի մասնագիտութիւններ՝ բազմաթիւ ճիւղերու մէջ:
Իր ողջոյնի խօսքին մէջ, Մեսրոպեանի տնօրէն պարոն Կրէկուար Գալուստ ընդգծեց այս այցելութեան նշանակութիւնը, խօսքը ուղղելով աշակերտներուն․ «Այսօրուան հանդիպումը առիթ մըն է ձեր հորիզոնները լայնցնելու, նոր ակադեմական ճամբաներ ուսումնասիրելու եւ պատկերացնելու այն հնարաւորութիւնները, որոնք ձեզի կը սպասեն բարձրագոյն վարժարանէն ետք»։ Ան յատուկ երախտագիտութիւն յայտնեց Պրն. Սամիր Գոնսթանթինին, Waznat խորհրդատուական կազմակերպութեան տնօրէնին, որուն շարունակական աջակցութիւնը՝ Մեսրոպեանին, հնարաւոր դարձուց այս արժէքաւոր հանդիպումը:
Այս առիթով, Նիկոսիոյ համալսարանին ներկայացուցիչները շրջայց մը կատարեցին Մեսրոպեանի մէջ, ծանօթացան զանազան բաժանմունքներուն եւ մեծապէս գնահատեցին վարժարանի կազմակերպուածութիւնն ու պատրաստուածութիւնը՝ աշակերտներու կրթութեան գործին մէջ։
