“Flight towards Kindergarten”

The Armenian Catholic Mesrobian High School’s ‘Alice Nerguizian’ Nursery’s graduation ceremony and the distribution of dilpomas to the young graduates took place on June 20, 2025 and was attended by the parish priest of the St. Savior Church, Father Sahag Keshishian, Mesrobian’s administration headed by Mr. Gregoire Kaloust, teachers, parents and friends.

The children of the nursery performed a beautiful and expressive bouquet of dances about which Mrs. Tamar Keshishian, the head of the Nursery, provided interesting information. She noted that the entire performance and especially the executed dances are symbolic of the unique journey that the children make from the ‘Alice Nerguizian’ Nursery towards Mesrobian’s Kindergarten.

“Today, our little pilots are preparing to leave the nursery’s comfortable last station – the terminal - and take flight into the exciting sky of the kindergarten. Each child has filled their travel bag with memories, smiles, games, songs and love. This is a touching, but at the same time joyful moment for all of us.” said Mrs. Keshishian.

Mrs. Keshishian wished the graduates of the nursery a good journey towards new knowledge, new experiences and new successes. “You have completed this wonderful journey. When you fly towards kindergarten, remember that the sky is the limit and this is just the beginning." she said.

In his speech, Mesrobian’s Principal, Mr. Gregoire Kaloust, thanked the parents for their trust and continued support. He noted that first and foremost, the key to the children’s success lies in the hands of the parents, then the school comes to shape the environment where they are prepared for future achievements. Mr. Kaloust thanked the entire staff of the nursery as well as its head person, the dedicated teachers and the assistants who served our children with all their heart and soul.
