Within the framework of programs aimed at the professional development of its teachers, a one-day workshop was held at the Armenian Catholic Mesrobian High School on December 7, 2023, initiated by the school's Principal and organized by his educational consultant, Dr. Colette Aoun. Along with Dr. Aoun, the main speaker of the seminar was Miss Toya Otayek, a specialist in science and technology.

The aim of the workshop was to update teachers' experience based on new educational developments, improve their classroom performance and strengthen the student-centered approach in teaching.

The seminar focused mainly on two areas: learning and language teaching from kindergarten to high grades, examining the principles of effective teaching, modern teaching methods, tools to promote teaching and language learning strategies. Based on the theoretical part, Mesrobian's teachers performed practical work in groups, directly applying the newly acquired knowledge.

In his speech On this occasion, Mesrobian’s Principal, Mr. Gregoire Kaloust, said that the school will constantly invest in the training of teachers to enrich their experience with the utmost professionalism.
