
On the 15th of September 2005, the Armenian Catholic Mesrobian High School's executive director and teachers met in the annual start of academic year gathering.
As in every year, the gathering started in St. Savior Church at 8:45AM where all the staff of Mesrobian High School attended the mess which was led by Father Andon Shadarevian.
After the mess, they all met in the UAC hall where Mr. Gregoire Kaloust, the executive director of Mesrobian College welcomed the teachers and the staff with a warm greeting. Furthermore, he greeted the new teachers who have joined Mesrobian family: Mrs. Garine Minassian-Tashjian, Mr.Raffi Hovhanessian, Mr.Garo Tatiossian and Ms.Rosa Soungulian.

The executive director challenged the teachers and the staff members of the college to join their efforts with him, in order to make Mesrobian considered not only first Armenian School by number of its students, but also academic wise. He said that this could be only achieved when they correctly pass the Christian faith to the young generation.
The teachers and the staff members cherished when they heard the official exams results of Mesrobian students. The total success percentile of the high school (Brevet + Baccalaureate all sections) registered a high 92.54% with 100% success for the Brevet class alone.
When focusing on the coming year plans, he was pleased to mention about the establishment of the computer lab and the new library as well as some new building projects that will embellish the school's campus.
