On Friday, February 18, 2005, at 1:00 PM, the Armenian Catholic Mesrobian High School's highest (12th) grade visited Ex-Prime Minister Rafiq Hariri's grave, which has become a pilgrimage destination for all Lebanese people, disregarding their religious status.
Hariri, a self-made billionaire businessman, was credited with rebuilding Lebanon after its 1975-90 civil war and has supported financially more than 30,000 Lebanese students, to continue their studies.
Mesrobian's students along with Father Kevork Asadourian, prayed The Lord's Prayer for the rest of the soul of Rafiq Hariri and the victims who fell with him.
