On Sunday 10th of July 2005, more than 1600 parents and guests celebrated the graduation of 192 students' of both Armenian Catholic Mesrobian High School and Technical College.
The event was organized under the high patronage of Msgr. Marwan Tabet, the chairman of Lebanese Catholic Schools Association.
After welcoming the honorable guests and parents, Mr. Gregoire Kaloust, the executive director of both Mesrobian High School and Technical College, stressed lengthily on the successful development of the college, the growing number of the students, the newly opened courses and the latest assets in the campus of the college.
In his paternal sermon, Msgr. Vartan Ashkarian addressed the graduates to stay up to date with the latest scientific technologies, but stress more on the ethical and moral values, where without it science is phony.
Moreover, He warned the young graduates from the fast evolving materialistic world. He encouraged the graduates to hang on to God and the Christ's Gospel, to their mother tongue, to their culture and history.
