By concentrating particularly on the Armenian language, Mr. Tashjian gave explanations and proofs of the dangers that were threatening the language during different centuries in order to save it, keep it and transmit it from generation to generation so that we inherit it as a fortune. He also asked the students to love, learn, keep and maintain the mother tongue, in order to transmit it to the future generations and to all who want to learn this beautiful language, by using all the means provided by the new technology. In his name and specially in the name of "Saint Krikor Naregatsi" center of the Armenian Catholic Patriarchate, Mr. Tashjian expressed his readiness to help and listen to all who have plans that aim at maintaining the pure mother tongue.

The lecturer of the day Mr. Hampig Bilalian made a speech in which he expressed his sincere feeling and said that "the Armenian school is unchangeable with its value and its education. The feast of the Holy Translators is a feast for joy and pride. It is a feast to live and to get to know each other. It is the glory of St. Mesrob Mashdots's invention 1600 years ago for this school that carries the name of St. Mesrob and contains his monument especially that it is the first month of the new school year in the presence of St. Mesrob's spirit". Mr. Bilalian continued talking about the mother tongue by saying that "the Armenian language with its letters, literature and culture is the cuirass and the shield for us. 1600 years ago, Mesrob Mashdots showed us the way to be civilized, to speak Armenian, to live as an Armenian and in this way to defend our right. The feast of the Holy Translators is not only for speaking and believing but also for living the dream and the vision of Mesrob Mashdots".

The lecturer's speech was followed by the speech of the school Principal Mr. Gregoire Kaloust who greeted the Armenian student and the Armenian school. He also announced the distribution of special prizes that took place immediately.
