Mesrobian Pays Respect in May 6 for the Lebanese Armenian Martyrs Mesrobian Technical College
On Thursday, May 6, 2010, a group of students, representing Mesrobian High School's Student Committee, visited the Martyrs' Monument in Bourj Hammoud, as it is a Mesrobian yearly tradition.

The group placed a crown of flowers as sign of respect to the Lebanese Armenian martyrs who fell during the civil war of Lebanon.

During the Lebanese Civil War the Armenian Community decided to avoid becoming a part of the war. Standing firm on that decision, several Armenians who resisted the war, ironically, paid the high price of martyrdom.
