On Saturday, the 29th of May 2010, at 7:00 PM, the end-of-year ceremony of Nursery school and KG1 classes took place in the schoolyard of the Armenian Catholic Mesrobian High School.


After listening to the Armenian and Lebanese national anthems as well as the school�s official anthem, KG1 students Alexandre-Gorun Sermanouguian and Rita-Maria Krikorian made a welcoming speech in Armenian. Then, the students Michael Raslan and Serena Kabendjian made a speech in French. After that, the students Jacob Tarpinian and Maria Derbanian made a speech in Arabic.


Then, the children presented a play in which they sang and danced joyfully. The play was taken from the fairy tale of � Snow-white and the seven dwarfs �.


The artistic program was followed by the speech of the kindergarten responsible, Mrs. Maria Beudjekian, in which she reminded of the month of October of last year when some of these children who were still unable to talk and walk, came to this school. Their parents weren�t able to imagine that � in less than 9 months these children will be ready for this ceremony by awakening in us the feelings of joy and satisfaction �. Mrs. Beudjekian emphasized that all this was the result of planned, continuous and serious work. In her speech, she described the work which is done in the kindergarten and she appreciated all kindergarten teachers for their work done with patience, care and endurance, which proof was the ceremony of the day. At the end of her speech, Mrs. Maria Beudjekian greeted every person individually. She also congratulated and honored with a bunch of flowers each kindergarten teacher as well as the ladies who take care of the cleanness of the children.


After that, the school principal Mr. Gregoire Kaloust made a speech, in which he greeted the guests and then remarked that because of the increasing number of students, this year the school administration decided to open a second division for the nursery school. If it was possible, a third division might be opened. Then, the principal reminded in his speech of all the parents who were also Mesrobian students and today they came as parents to participate in the end-of-year ceremony of their children. Mr. Gregoire wished wholeheartedly that each child who was on stage obtain his 12^th Grade graduation diploma on this same stage after 14 years.


The end-of-year 2009-2010 ceremony of Nursery school and KG1 classes came to its end with the principal�s speech.
