On Wednesday, 5^th of November 2008, at 1:00PM, the Swiss Ambassador in Lebanon, Mr. François Barras, visited the Armenian Catholic Mesrobian High School. He was accompanied by his First Collaborator Mrs. Carine Carey, the Director of the Syndicate of Expert Goldsmiths and Jewelers in Lebanon, Mr. Boghos Kurdian, as well as the responsible of the PR in the Syndicate and the member of Board of Directors of Swiss Lebanon organization, Mr. Berj Arabian.

The principal of the college, Mr. Gregoire Kaloust, welcomed the honorable guests at the entrance of the college. The Most Reverend Father Kevork Yeghiayan was also present. After a brief conversation in the principal's office, the guests had a tour within the campus of the college. All the way around, Mr. the Ambassador expressed his admiration towards the college, emphasizing the up-to-date methods and the modern equipments used for education. On the Golden Book of the college, he left his remarks, saying: "We thank you for your reception. We appreciate your efforts. We wish you more success and higher achievements."

The guests left the college with good impressions.
