On the morning of April 29, the staff of the kindergarten with the leadership of the kindergarten responsible
Mrs. Maria Beudjekian, the students of the nursery class, Mesrobian Schools' administrative staff and Mesrobian Technical School's Administrative and teaching staff, the students and parents, all were present at the exhibition of the
Paper and Pencil handcraft. The exhibition was organized with the works of the students of the nursery and KG1 classes, by the supervision of their teachers.
The opening speech was made by the kindergarten responsible Mrs. Maria Beudjekian, who after welcoming all pointed out that there were some kids who couldn't express themselves by talking or crying, but if they were given some paper and pencils, they could tell a lot to the adults. In this beautiful exhibition that was organized by our teaching staff, you could see the works of these kids.
Mrs. Beudjekian also thanked specially
Mrs. Caroline Terzian, who had initiated the idea of this exhibition, and wished good enjoyment to all.
Afterwards,
Mr. Gregoire Kaloust, the principal of the school made a speech and thanked the teachers for their immense efforts. He appreciated the kids' works of art and wanted all to applaud vigorously to these 2-3 years old students for their exceptional deeds that resembled miracles.
He wished everybody to have a pleasant time and to enjoy themselves.
Colorful, beautiful, exceptional and praiseworthy deeds were represented in this exhibition. And while the opening ceremony was going on, a film was being shown on the screen, displaying the course of the preparation of these miraculous deeds that were wholly and purely prepared by the kids.
Mr. Kaloust said "
Kids are miracles and they can perform miracles, if the right persons take care of them in the right way."
This enterprise of the Kindergarten is encouraging and praiseworthy. The exhibition lasted until 7:00 p.m. and the students of the kindergarten one and two classes also came to watch it, as well as the teachers of the various departments in our school and our respectable parents.
