On Friday, 29th of September, 2006, Mesrobian Technical College takes a step forward to a better by signing an agreement with "Talal Abou Ghazale" organization for science and development.

"Talal Abou Ghazale" organization is the largest group of companies specialized in the accounting, administration, legal, information technology and educational fields.

According to the agreement, starting 2006-2007 academic year, and in cooperation with "Talal Abou Ghazale" organization, Mesrobian Technical College will be able to offer a course in computer science according to the Cambridge University program. Moreover, the students who complete the 8 month program will be able to participate in the Cambridge University's exams for the "Cambridge International Diploma in IT skills" certificate.

The agreement was signed, on one side, by Mr. Gregoire Caloust, director of Mesrobian Technical College, and on the other side, by Mr. Habib Antoun, president of Middle East department of "Talal Abou Ghazale" organization, and by Mrs. Christiane Abou Khater, director of the Lebanese office of the same department.

Mr. Habib Antoun hoped that Mesrobian Technical College will give the opportunity to the young in Bourj Hammoud to have an up-to-dated education in the computer science field and certified from an institution that has international and historical sound reputation. He also showed satisfaction for the efforts made by the administration of Mesrobian Technical College in order to keep the tuition fee and the exam participation fee of the course as low as possible in order to allow more students to participate in the program. In his turn, Mr. Gregoire Caloust emphasized that Mesrobian Technical College will continue its progress in the educational field and its commitment to expand its international educational relationships for the well being of the Lebanese Armenian students.
