Mesrobian Kindergarten concluded its academic year with two separate celebrations for its 225 kindergarten students.
The first celebration, on Saturday, 27th of May, 2006, at 7:00pm in the evening, was for the 95 students of its preschool (nursery) and first grades (KG1) - "Mangamsour yev Poghpoch". The students presented a lively program of dancing, singing in Armenian, Arabic and French. After which a presentation movie was shown to the presents, depicting the academic as well as the extracurricular activities of the first and second grades of Mesrobian Kindergarten which took place during the academic year 2005-2006.
Msgr. Vartan Ashkarian, in his speech, congratulated the presents for the wonderful evening and declared that he follows Mesrobian Kindergarten activities day by day and he is the witness of the serious efforts made by the brave kindergarten teachers. He specially thanked Mrs. Maria Beudjekian for the precious contributions she's making to Mesrobian Kindergarten. Mrs. Maria Beudjekian, on her turn, thanked all kindergarten teachers and appreciated them with bouquets of flowers.
The second celebration occurred around 2 weeks later, on Sunday, 11th of June 2006 at 11:00 AM in the morning. The celebration was prepared by the 130 students of the second (KG2) and third (KG3) grades - "Gogon yev Dzaghig" - of Mesrobian Kindergarten, among them 66 students graduating the Kindergarten.
During the celebration, in his speech, Mr. Gregoire Kaloust emphasized that our children deserve the best in education and care and Mesrobian High School is commited to offer that education through hard work and transparency.
Having prepared a beautiful program, the students came to stage with singing and dancing. In the middle of the program, as in the first celebration, a movie was presented to the presents, illustrating exhaustively the academic year 2005-2006 of Mesrobian Kindergarten third and forth grades.
After the artistic program, the 66 students came to stage, individually, receiving their diplomas from the hand of Msgr. Vartan Ashkarian, who was determined to submit the diplomas to the students by hand disregarding the convinience of his phisical health.
Msgr. Vartan highly appreciated the efforts of the Kindergarten teachers, and the efforts of Mrs. Maria Beudjekian. He also highly appreciated the parents of the students for being faithfull armenians who enroll their children in Armenian schools and thanked them for their trust they have in Mesrobian.
