The educational family of the Armenian Catholic Mesrobian High School received with joy the news that the former students of the school, Rev. Father Krikor Badishah and Rev. Father Parsegh Baghdassarian were ordained as bishops on April 3, 2024, selected by the Armenian Catholic Synod and with the consent of the Holy See.
Rev. Father Krikor Badishah was assigned assistant bishop of the Armenian Catholic Diocese of Beirut, whereas Rev. Father Parsegh Baghdassarian was assigned assistant bishop of the Armenian Catholic Dioceses of the USA and of Our Lady of Nareg in Canada.
We congratulate the Reverend Fathers on the occasion of their ordination and assignation and we pray for their fruitful activity, intended for the brightness of the Armenian Church. We join the desire of Mesrobian’s educational family to the prayer that God will raise up many spiritual vocations from the ranks of our students which is an important feature of Mesrobian’s mission.
It is a source of great pride and deep satisfaction to Mesrobian High School, which is celebrating the 85th anniversary of its foundation, that the legacy and vision of its founding fathers has put on a modern manifestation by bringing new consecrated people to the leadership of the Armenian Church.
