On September 21, two separate training seminars for the instructors and the supervisors were held at Armenian Catholic Mesrobian High School, in preparation for the new academic year and as a constituent part of the reforms that are taking place in the School.

During the first seminar, General Manager of ‘’Waznat’’ Educational Counselling Association Dr. Samir  Constantin discussed the issues of classroom management with the instructors of Mesrobian and introduced a concept for resolving those issues, based on pedagogical approaches and particularities of psychology of different age groups.  Under the guidance of the trainer, the instructors grouped the issues of classroom management and fixed a specific guideline for resolving each issue.

The second seminar was conducted by a staff member of the same association, Mrs. Michelle Akra, who explained the rules and characteristics of the supervising task, as well as the needs of recess supervision to Mesrobian’s supervising staff.

It is worthy to mention that at the end of last year, Mesrobian had signed an agreement with ‘’Waznat’’ Educational Counselling Association, with the aim of improving the academic level of the students, strengthening the knowledge of the instructors, as well as aiding in solving the communication issues between parents and children.
